Categories
Step 1 - Finding the correct category
- At the European Beer Star, beers will be judged in over 70 categories.
- The category list with detailed style description of the categories can be found under Categories.
- A brewery can enter a maximum of three beers per category.
- Each beer can only be entered in one category.
- Only beverages with the sales description "beer" may be entered. Beer mix beverages must be submitted in the categories "Alcoholic Beer Mix Beverage" or "Non-Alcoholic Beer Mix Beverage".

Step 2 - Create an account and submit your beers
- Enter information about your brewery.
- The alcohol content and original wort of each submitted beer must be specified at registration
- For some categories, additional information is required during the registration process.
- Determine your participation fees.

Step 3 - Payment of the fees
- Register quickly and conveniently online and pay immediately with Paypal or credit card!

- The remitter bears all fees and expenses at his bank.

Step 4 - Check confirmation
- After registration and sending the documents you will receive a registration confirmation and a shipping label.
- Please check the registration confirmation.
- On the registration confirmation you will find the category and registration number. Please check whether these match the data on the shipping label.
