This bottom-fermented has a pronounced and impressive maltiness.
The taste is light in relation to the original wort used. Nevertheless, the balance between hops, malt, alcohol and fruity notes is successful. The warming glow and alcoholic finish extend the drinking pleasure of the brew. Light estery notes can still be found, adding to the "drinkability" of the beer.
It is a true work of art to create this in such a "heavy" beer style as Doppelbock.
Shining,
golden appearance, smooth maltiness carried by balanced hop flavours with a
juicy long lasting final.
